Oklahoma is one of four states invited by CFED to receive a multi-year Savings for Education, Entrepreneurship & Down Payment (SEED) Initiative grant to develop children's savings policies at the state level through the Oklahoma Kids' College Savings Campaign.

The Campaign is an alliance of public, private, and non-profit organizations working to expand higher education opportunities through savings. The Campaign intends to develop public policies that will support public and private matches for qualified participants in the Oklahoma 529 College Savings Program. The Oklahoma Kids' College Savings Campaign seeks to foster greater savings and higher education attainment so that more families will gain economic self-sufficiency and add to Oklahoma's prosperity.
