Items to Bring With You
Please bring the following items to your tax preparation apointment:
- A Social Security card for each family member
- W-2 forms for all jobs worked in tax filing year
- All 1099's for all other income, if any
- Child care provider name, address, and tax ID number
- Any other tax related documents received including advance child tax credit paperwork
- Voided bank check for automatic deposit
- A copy of last year's tax return would be helpful
NOTE: If filing a joint return, both parties need to be present for signatures.
