CAPTC Public Notice
The Community Action Project of Tulsa County in conjunction with the City of Tulsa is revising its RFI for NSP entitlement funds in the amount of $4,346,397 and remaining NSP funding under the “Remaining 20%” category of the State Plan in the amount of $1,250,000 administered by ODOC. Based on the current Information and analysis, CAP and the City of Tulsa are proposing to combine the two amounts of NSP funds to be targeted towards the acquisition of Cimarron Apartments at 13201 East 31st Street Tulsa, OK.
Publication of this notice starts a 7-day period during which citizens can make comments in writing about the activities and targeted area being proposed for NSP. A public meeting will be held on October 14, 2009 at 9am and October 15th at 4pm at the CAP Headquarters located at 4606 S. Garnett Rd on the 1st floor.
