Home-Based Early Childhood Education
Home-Based Early Childhood Education is available at NO COST to income-qualified families in the Union Public School district with children birth through 36 months old. With Home-Based Early Childhood Education, CAP’s high-quality early childhood education services are provided within the family home.
Families meet weekly with a certified Parent Educator for 90 minutes, and participate in group socialization experiences twice a month. Meetings and activities focus on child development and learning, parenting skills, and
strengthening the parent-child relationship, all while providing networking opportunities for parents.
